Truck Driver Class A
​
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Operate a tractor-trailer to deliver mattresses within our footprint
-
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor/trailer(s) and when stopped en-route
-
Load and unload mattresses from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
-
Prepare, inspect, and clean trailers before loading freight
-
Review and double check load count when loading and unloading mattresses
-
When not on delivery, assisting with production in the factory will be required
​
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
21 years of age or older
-
Has a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
-
Class A CDL Driving Experience Preferred
-
A safe driving record per MVR
-
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 75 pounds frequently, greater than 100 pounds occasionally
-
Read, write and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway and traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, read a delivery slip
-
Work Monday through Friday with some overtime
-
The ability to communicate well with and assist our retail partners when required.

Territory Manager - Oklahoma
​
JOB SUMMARY
A Foreverbed Territory Manager is responsible driving sales by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships. Successful Territory Managers have a thorough knowledge of products, and be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate product functionality to store managers and retail sales associates (RSA’s).
A Foreverbed Territory Manager is responsible for both establishing new customer relationships and ensuring all retail sales associates (RSA's) have a thorough knowledge of the products and can effectively demonstrate product features and functionality to consumers.

DUTIES

Builds/Maintains relationships with retailers
-
Maintain direct relationships with key decision makers in accounts
-
Ensure Foreverbed products and marketing message is positively and fairly represented in terms of total floor space, point of sale, condition of the floor samples and location
-
Tracks floor plans/in-store visual merchandising to maximize sales
-
Prepares and conducts effective, conceptual brand/product training and presentations with sales personnel in stores to improve balance of sale.

Responsible for growing account and territory revenue for regional and local accounts
-
Tracks sales, line changes, floor plans, contests, new product, and price positioning of competitive lines
-
Drives revenue through account strategy
-
Communicates product promotions, upcoming events, supports new product introduction
-
Keeps accurate door call records and tracks effectiveness of store training and company promotions.
-
Identifies opportunities for territory growth: seeking and opening new accounts

REQUIREMENTS
-
Between two to three years training or retail sales experience
-
Experience in bedding, furniture, or premium consumer durables is preferred
-
Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining outstanding customer relationships
-
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and drive to execution
-
Must be able to effectively establish and sustain customer relationships
-
Develop and maintain positive relationships with Retails Sales floor and management
-
Excellent customer service and attention
-
Must be able to prospect new business

Effectively communicate marketing messages

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Sewing Machine Operator
​
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Cut, sew, trim threads and fold products, according to established guidelines and procedures.
-
Operating single needle sewing machine on all production lines.
-
Operating double needle sewing machines, zig-zag sewing machine or serger sewing machine.
-
Assist in manual cutting of fabric / product.
-
Perform minor equipment maintenance, as needed
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
-
Perform additional duties as requested / required by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS​
-
Minimum 6 months of work experience, preferably within a Manufacturing or Distribution facility
-
Minimum 6 months of sewing operator experience
-
Ability to stand and walk for 8 or more hours daily
-
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift product weighing 50 to 100 lbs. (with assistance)
-
Basic mathematical skills
-
Good eye/hand coordination
-
Attendance & Punctuality: ability to work a consistent 40-hour work week with minimal absences, tardy or need to leave early.

Over-time: Ability to consistently work extended hours and Saturdays as needed

Production Worker
​
JOB SUMMARY
​
Production workers are routinely required to perform a variety of tasks that require manual material handling and the use of hand tools and equipment for manufacturing. This work is physically demanding and can require the use of some or all body parts and muscle groups. Good hand-eye coordination and upper extremity motor skills are essential for most job tasks. Production workers may be assigned to various areas in production and additional essential functions may be applicable to specific jobs.
